To apply to Heritage School of Texas, please complete the online application below. Before starting your application, you will need the following items electronically saved on your computer in order to attach them to your online application:
- Candidate’s birth certificate
- Photo of the family
- Current immunization record
- Transcript (classes 2 through 8)
- Teacher evaluations or diagnostic testing reports
